Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "Customer") and CUTECALL GLOBAL LIMITED (registered at Dimostheni Severi 12, 6th floor, Flat/Office 601, 1080 Nicosia, Cyprus; TIN 60298944S) ("nrrtv", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website and application at nrrtv.ai and all related services (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy (Section 8). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
nrrtv is an AI-powered tool that generates short-form vertical videos from a topic or niche you choose. The Service produces a script, AI-generated images or sourced stock footage, an AI voiceover, captions, and hashtags, and can optionally publish finished videos to social-media accounts you connect. Features, niches, styles, and limits may change over time.
Content standards. The Service is designed to create general-audience, non-explicit content. Any human characters it generates are fictional and invented. The Service is not intended or permitted to be used to produce adult or sexually explicit content, to reproduce the likeness of any real, identifiable person, or to create deepfakes, face swaps, or voice impersonations of real people. These uses are prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 8), and we apply safeguards intended to prevent them.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
- If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
3. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
3.1 Plans
The Service is offered on subscription tiers (for example Starter, Pro, and Guru) with different monthly video allowances, output resolutions, included credits, and features. Current plan details and prices are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. Prices may vary by region.
3.2 Credits ("lightning")
Certain actions — such as regenerating an image or voiceover for a scene, a full video regeneration, or premium features — consume credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment, and additional credits may be purchased in packs. Credit pricing and consumption rules are shown in-app. Unless stated otherwise:
- purchased credit packs are non-refundable once the credits have been delivered to your account;
- included monthly credits roll over and accumulate between billing periods while your subscription remains active;
- credits are prepaid, non-transferable, have no cash value, and any remaining credit balance expires when your account is closed or cancelled;
- we may adjust credit costs of specific actions with reasonable notice; changes are not retroactive to credits already spent.
3.3 Payment, renewal, and taxes
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis (as selected at checkout). Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. CUTECALL GLOBAL LIMITED is the seller and merchant for your purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Your use of Stripe's payment services is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. We are responsible for charging and remitting applicable taxes (including VAT) based on your location; where tax applies, it is calculated and added at checkout, and consumer prices may be shown tax-inclusive where required.
- We may change prices; we will give reasonable prior notice, and changes apply from your next billing cycle.
3.4 Failed payments
If a charge fails, we may retry the payment, restrict access, or suspend your account until payment succeeds. You remain responsible for amounts due.
3.5 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we may suspend your account and reverse or void the associated credit balance. A chargeback does not by itself cancel your subscription — you must cancel as described in Section 3.7. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are unwarranted.
3.6 Trials and promotions
If we offer a trial or promotion, its specific terms are presented at sign-up and form part of these Terms. Unless you cancel at least 72 hours before the trial ends, the plan automatically converts to a paid subscription and the applicable charge begins.
3.7 Immediate start, cancellation, and refunds
Immediate start and waiver of withdrawal. The Service is digital content and services supplied immediately. By purchasing and then starting to use the Service — in particular, as soon as you start generating a video — you expressly request that we begin providing the Service immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once generation has begun, to the extent permitted by law. You give this consent at checkout and when you start a generation, and we confirm it in your order confirmation.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, at least 72 hours before your renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period, and partial billing periods are not refunded.
Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and purchased credit packs are non-refundable once delivered. If you have not yet started using the paid Service, EEA/UK consumers may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund. Your statutory rights for a faulty or non-conforming service are unaffected. The full rules are set out in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refunds are processed by us via Stripe to your original payment method.
4. Referral program
If we offer a referral program, rewards (such as credits) are subject to program rules presented in-app. We may modify or end the program, and may withhold rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral, or abuse.
5. Your content and inputs
"Your Content" means the topics, prompts, scripts, reference materials, brand elements, and other inputs you submit, and the videos, images, voiceovers, captions, and hashtags generated for you.
- You retain ownership of the inputs you provide, to the extent you own them.
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service, including sending inputs to the AI and infrastructure providers that power generation, and publishing to platforms you connect.
- You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it — including proper licensing for any third-party music, images, or assets you introduce — and that it does not violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any law or third-party right.
6. Ownership of generated output
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, as between you and us, you own the final videos and assets the Service generates for you, and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
- AI-output caveats: AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, may be similar to output generated for others, and its legal status is evolving. We make no representation that generated output is unique or protectable, and you are responsible for clearing any third-party materials you introduce.
- Real-person likeness/voice: you must not use the Service to generate or publish content that depicts a real, identifiable person's likeness or voice without their explicit, documented consent, or that otherwise infringes rights of publicity or privacy.
- We retain all rights in the Service itself, our software, models, presets, templates, and branding. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.
7. Publishing to social platforms
- If you connect a social account (for example TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram) to publish videos, you authorize us to publish content and post metadata on your behalf using the access you grant. You can disconnect at any time.
- Google/YouTube: where you use YouTube features, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy; you can revoke our access via Google Security Settings. Our use of Google API data is described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms, community guidelines, and disclosure rules (including any requirement to label AI-generated or synthetic content). You are solely responsible for content you publish.
- We are not responsible for platform actions (such as removal, throttling, or suspension of your accounts) or for platform availability, and we do not guarantee any reach, views, or engagement.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to create, generate, or publish content, or to act, in any of the following ways. You must not:
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights, including generating a real person's likeness or voice without consent;
- create sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children (CSAM) — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities;
- generate non-consensual intimate imagery, nudity, or sexual deepfakes of real people;
- create content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that incites violence or discrimination;
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
- generate disinformation intended to deceive (e.g., fabricated statements attributed to real public figures, election manipulation, medical or financial deception);
- create content facilitating illegal activity, fraud, malware, or the creation of weapons or dangerous substances;
- use third-party music, footage, or assets without proper licensing;
- attempt to bypass safety filters, usage limits, credit systems, or storage limits, or reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or use unauthorized automation;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- violate any applicable law or third-party platform rules.
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, and may report unlawful content to authorities where required.
9. Copyright and DMCA notice-and-takedown
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including:
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location;
- your contact information (name, address, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will remove or disable access to infringing material and, where appropriate, notify the person who posted it, who may submit a counter-notice. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
10. Storage, usage limits, and fair use
We may set storage and usage limits to keep the Service reliable and fair for all users, and may delete older generated files after 12 months for storage management. We may investigate abnormal automation or usage patterns and restrict or suspend accounts that abuse the Service or degrade its performance for others.
11. Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation or attribution to you.
12. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may impose or change usage limits, at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation, subject to Section 15.
13. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party providers (AI models, hosting, payment processing, and social platforms). Your use of connected third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, original, non-infringing, fit for publication, or compliant with any platform's rules, and generated output may contain factual mistakes or visual inconsistencies. You are responsible for reviewing output before use, especially factual content.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service.
- To the extent liability can be limited under applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless nrrtv and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your publishing to third-party platforms, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
17. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law.
- On termination, your license to use the Service ends and any remaining credit balance is forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) survive termination.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Nicosia, Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory EU/consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
20. General
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any plan-specific terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
